The Real ‘People v OJ Simpson': Watch the New Trailer for ESPN’s ‘Made in America’ Doc (Video)

The trailer relives Simpson’s football career, the infamous Bronco chase and his murder trial, in which he was acquitted of the brutal killings of his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman.
According to ESPN, the seven-and-a-half hour documentary “centers around two of our country’s greatest fixations: race and celebrity.”
Directed by Ezra Edelman, “Made in America” will screen at the Tribeca Film Festival this month, and is set for a broadcast premiere June 11 on ABC.

With race at the forefront of the trailer, viewers can see clips of Simpson’s football days, as well as shots of him in handcuffs shortly after the bodies of Brown Simpson and Goldman were found. Of course, footage from the trial can’t be left out either.
