Zayn Malik Donates His Box At Bradford City FC To Underprivileged And Sick Children
So imagine how loudly we screamed, “OMG WHAT A MASSIVE BABE” when we found out that Zayn Malik was donating a private box at his beloved Bradford City FC for children from his home-town to use, for free.
See, he might be living the life of riley over in fancy old Los Angeles, but he’s a proper Bradford lad at heart.
According to sources, the Walter Brannan box – which Zayn bought in his grandfather’s name - will be used by underprivileged and sick children from across the city.
A source said: “ Zayn wanted to give something back to his local community.”
What a babe.
Speaking to The Official Charts Company, the former Directioner praised his hometown, and reflected on how different his life could have ended up being:
“I can’t believe that I have managed to achieve this as a solo artist. I am very proud coming from Bradford achieving this in my home country. It’s mind-blowing to me.
“I don’t take the support I have received for granted. My life at 23 could have been very different.”
Yesterday, Zayn’s debut album 'Mind of Mine’ went straight to number one in over 80 countries, as well as climbing the top spot here – selling 4,000 copies than Adele’s '25’.
