Bollywood fans that are also fans of local movies definitely have something to look forward to in upcoming movie, "I'm Not A Terrorist".

Directed by Arjin Uppal ("Darah Panas"), the movie will feature two Bollywood actors, Gulshan Grover and Rahul Dev, alongside local talents such as Zul Ariffin and Muhammad Afiq Muiz.

Grover, well-known for his 'bad guy' image, will of course be playing a villain in the movie, while Dev plays one of the protagonists.

According to Greater Kashmir, the movie is currently filming in Jammu and Kashmir, a location personally chosen by the director himself.

"I found Sonamarg ideal location for shooting," said the 26-year-old, adding that this marks the first time for a local movie to be entirely shot in the Indian state, which previously served as the filming location for Salman Khan-starrer "Bajrangi Bhaijaan".

"The story has no resembles (sic) with Kashmir issue but it has a global message of love and peace," the director stated.

It was revealed that lead actor Afiq Muiz's grandfather hailed from Kashmir, but later migrated after marrying a Malaysian woman. His grandfather's life story may be similar to the movie's storyline but the actor has clarified that the movie is not based on his life.

He also expressed his awe with the natural beauty of Kashmir, with Grover and Dev also no less charmed by the splendour of the valley with its rolling hills and green meadows.

"I'm Not A Terrorist" tells of a young man from Kashmir who migrates to Malaysia. He later returns home to find his roots.
