Working in fashion, while fun, is no easy task. And switching career paths in the industry? Daunting to say the least. But it can be done — just ask Trisha Gregory, co-founder of Armarium — a new lifestyle brand and app that allows women to borrow luxury ready-to-wear pieces and accessories.

Passion for what you are building is key. The hours are late and there are many highs and lows along the road.
